Aramid fiber honeycomb is non metallic light weight composite material. It made from aramid fiber paper sheets bonded together with a thermosetting adhesive and coated with heat resistant phenolic resin which offers excellent resiliency, low density, lower pricing and high strength to weight ratio. Once the resin is cured the slices are cut to customers’ desired thickness.

Nomex Aramid honeyconb core is made of Nomes paper which soaked by flame retardant phenolic resin, it has high fatigue resistance and anti chemical corrosion ability, the excellent dielectric and radar conductive property as well.

1. Cell Size: 3.2mm, 4.8mm, 6.4mm, 9.6mm;

2. Density: 29-144 kg/m3;

3. Minimum Core Thickness: 1mm;

4. Standard dimension: 1220*2440mm, it can be cut into the dimension according to your requirements.
