How to make a carbon fiber pipe material?

Step 1: Cutting

Step 2.Hot Core Paste Cloth

First coat the surface of the mold with a layer of tree gum, and then stick the cut predip cloth on the mold with the edge of the electric soldering iron.

Step 3.Reel

Put the hot mold with presoaked cloth flat on the roll table to roll the carbon cloth tightly and wrapped in the core mold. Step 4.Wrap the Bopp band, 

Wrap the surface of the rolled product with a layer of transparent plastic belt, through the tension of the opp belt, play a protective and shaping effect. The equipment used is a joint horizontal winding machine, with a single and two axes.

Step 5. Bake and Cure

The resin glue of the carbon cloth of the fishing rod is heated up to shape the pipe.

Step 6.Mold. 

Remove the formed pipe from the core die.(According to the pipe diameter, there are common core stripping and U baffle large diameter)

Step 7. Stripping Up the Belt.

 Peel the Bopp strip off the tube.The final step is the surface polishing. Polish off the OPP belt marks on the pipe surface with a sand belt machine.
