Increase the intensity of standard formulation and revision in key new materials fields
Special metal functional materials. Actively promote the formulation and revision of key standards such as high-purity metals and targets, rare and precious metals, energy storage materials, new semiconductor materials, new generation amorphous materials, and fine alloys, formulate and publish functional material standards such as rare earth permanent magnets and luminescence in a complete set and system, and speed up the development of basic and method standards such as material performance testing, composition analysis, and standard samples. Complete the formulation and revision of 40 key new material standards such as catalytic materials and targets, propose 80 key standard development plans, and carry out 5 key standard pre-research.
High-end metal structural materials. Focus on developing product standards for high-temperature alloys and corrosion-resistant alloys, corrosion-resistant steel, special stainless steel, tool steel, bearing steel, gear steel, aluminum alloys for rail transit, special magnesium alloys and titanium alloys, and further improve the supporting foundations and method standards for ultrasonic flaw detection, non-destructive testing, mechanical testing, etc. of metal materials. Complete the formulation and revision of 30 key new material standards such as nuclear power steel, corrosion-resistant alloys, titanium alloys, and propose 40 key standard development plans.
Advanced polymer materials. Formulate and publish a number of key product standards such as special rubbers such as butyl rubber and special additives, engineering plastics such as polyamide and products, battery separators, optical functional films, special separation membranes and components, environmentally friendly coatings, and functional chemicals, and complete the formulation and revision of supporting standards such as measurement methods, general technical conditions, and application specifications. Complete the formulation and revision of 65 key new material standards in the fields of functional films, special rubbers, etc., and propose 110 key standard development plans.
New inorganic non-metallic materials. Focus on developing product standards for electro-optical ceramics, piezoelectric ceramics, silicon carbide ceramics and other advanced ceramics, microcrystalline glass, high-purity quartz glass and special raw materials, scintillating crystals, laser crystals and other products, accelerate the pace of formulation and revision of supporting standards such as material impurity detection and test methods, and strengthen the development of supporting standards. Complete the formulation and revision of 50 key new material standards in the fields of special glass, silicon nitride ceramic materials, propose 30 key standard development plans, and carry out 5 key standard pre-studies.
High-performance composite materials. Formulate and improve high-performance fiber standards such as carbon fiber and basalt fiber, accelerate the formulation and release of fiber-reinforced composite material related standards, actively develop resin-based and ceramic-based composite material product standards, and study supporting standards such as composite material classification method standards, performance test standards, and special raw material standards. Complete the formulation and revision of 10 key new material standards such as high-end glass reinforced fiber, propose 30 key standard development plans, and carry out 10 standard pre-studies.
Frontier new materials. Carry out pre-research work on standards in cutting-edge fields in a timely manner, coordinate and optimize key technical indicators, focus on products such as nanopowder materials, graphene, superconducting materials and raw materials, biomaterials and products, and smart materials, complete the development of 5 key new material standards, propose 10 key standard development plans, carry out 30 standard pre-research, closely follow the development trend of international new material technical standards, and make standard layout in advance.
Actively carry out demonstration of application of key new material standards
Taking high-strength steel bars, functional membrane materials, special glass, rare metal materials, rare earth functional materials, composite materials and other field standards as the hub, facing the demand for new materials in electronic information, high-end equipment and other fields, build a standard formulation, revision and implementation mechanism with upstream and downstream joint, complementary advantages and benign interaction, improve the applicability of new material standards, and give full play to the support and leading role of standards for industrial development.
Select key new material fields and carry out special projects for application demonstration of key new material standards in some areas with conditions. Relying on the cooperation mechanism between the ministry and the province, actively promote the standardization of local new materials, and explore the work of new material product certification based on new material standards.
Accelerate the promotion of international standardization of new materials industry
Closely combined with the key points of the "12th Five-Year Plan", speed up the comparative analysis and research of international standards and foreign advanced standards of new materials industry, and find the gap between my country's new materials industry standards and international standards and foreign advanced standards.
