High Strength S-Grade Fiberglass

High strength glass fiber cloth

The high-strength glass fiber cloth is produced by reinforced glass fiber yarn. The cloth surface does not need high temperature dewaxing treatment, and can be directly compounded with epoxy or vinyl resin. Compared with alkali-free glass fiber cloth, it has the characteristics of high strength and high modulus.

The organizational structure includes plain weave, twill weave and satin weave; the thickness of high-strength glass fiber cloth is usually 0.08-0.25mm, and the width is 90mm or 100mm.

High strength glass fiber yarn

Compared with alkali-free E glass fiber, the tensile strength of high-strength glass fiber is increased by 30-40%, the elastic modulus is increased by 16-20%, and the temperature resistance is increased by 100-150 °C. 10 times, and high-strength glass fiber has large elongation at break, good impact resistance, and has the characteristics of aging resistance, corrosion resistance, and resin penetration.

High-strength glass fiber roving fabric

The high-strength glass fiber roving is fixed by the warp and weft hot-melt yarn, and the warp and weft yarns are intertwined or woven through the warp knitting machine to be woven into high-strength glass fiber unidirectional cloth, gingham and warp knitted fabrics. In the process of hot pressing or warp knitting, the fibers of high-strength glass fiber roving are arranged in parallel and straight, which can give full play to its reinforcing fibers and significantly improve the mechanical properties of composite materials.

3D hollow fabric

The three-dimensional hollow fabric can be woven with a variety of high-performance continuous fibers such as glass fiber, carbon fiber, and Kevlar fiber. The basis of the sandwich structure is the warp and weft yarns that form the surface layer and the Z-direction fibers that connect the two surface layers and form the core. The weaving height of the fabric is in the range of 2-40mm, and the space shape can be arbitrarily designed as "8", "mouth", "V" shape and so on according to the use requirements of the composite material.
